Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment & Work Initiation

  • All projects require 50% advance payment to initiate the work.
  • The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final delivery of the work.
  • Once the advance payment is made and work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. No Refund After Work Has Started

  • Since our services involve customized academic work, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the work has started.
  • If the work has been completed and delivered, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. No Refund After Delivery

  • All deliverables are digital and downloadable in nature.
  • Once the final work has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be provided, revisions are free.

4. Free Revisions Policy

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us.
  • If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer free revisions as per the original requirements.
  • Revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the initially agreed project.
  • Requests for changes that are outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Delay in response from the client
    • Failure to provide correct or complete requirements on time
    • Academic outcomes (grades, marks, or evaluations)
