Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment & Work Initiation
- All projects require 50% advance payment to initiate the work.
- The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final delivery of the work.
- Once the advance payment is made and work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. No Refund After Work Has Started
- Since our services involve customized academic work, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the work has started.
- If the work has been completed and delivered, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. No Refund After Delivery
- All deliverables are digital and downloadable in nature.
- Once the final work has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be provided, revisions are free.
4. Free Revisions Policy
- Customer satisfaction is important to us.
- If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer free revisions as per the original requirements.
- Revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the initially agreed project.
- Requests for changes that are outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Delay in response from the client
- Failure to provide correct or complete requirements on time
- Academic outcomes (grades, marks, or evaluations)
